Shipping

 

The amount of time it takes to fill your order is dependent on how many skeins are in it. We hand dye our yarn in small batches for each individual order, so our dye doesn’t hit the yarn until after we receive your order. Our dye process takes multiple days to bring the yarn from raw to ready. This ensures the process is as gentle as possible on the fiber to protect the softness and longevity of the yarn. We also quality check each skein for color consistency and fastness before sending them out to you. This allows us to fix any issues and guarantees you receive the highest quality yarn possible.

 

You will receive your order in 2-4 weeks from the business day of your purchase. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed as if it was ordered the following Monday and orders placed after 6pm CST will be processed the next day. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way to you. Shipping is currently limited to the United States and its territories, but it is our goal to offer world-wide shipping in the near future. 


 

Returns

 

Please contact us right away if there is an issue with your order. We recognize that you have a treasure in mind for someone special. We do everything in our power to ensure the quality of our products; this is art, we are human, and mistakes will happen. 

 

If you received the wrong color or we missed something in our quality check, we have a couple options for you to choose from:

  1. You can return the incorrect product and receive your correct order at no additional cost to you. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return and get your order out to you as fast as possible.

  2. You can keep the product you received and we will provide a 20% off coupon for your next order.

To expedite your return, please include a photo of the items you received with our packaging and your order number in your initial return request. You will have 15 days after you receive your yarn to request a return.


 

Lost Package

 

If your order becomes lost in transit we will replace it at no cost to you as soon as possible. Please include your order number and tracking number in your replacement request.
